✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

✅ Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase
✅ Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition
✅ Proof of purchase (order number and original invoice) must be provided

✅ Used items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is found
✅ Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
✅ Use a trackable courier service RSM Gears Sports is not liable for lost items
✅ The following items are non-returnable:
✅ Used or damaged cricket bats
✅ Undergarments and protective gear, including:
✔Abdominal guards
✔Briefs, trunks, jock straps
✔Boxer shorts, base layers

✅ Cricket Bat Preparation Service
✔Once started, this service cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a manufacturing fault is present

✔Cricket bats are made of natural wood — no guarantee on bat longevity

✔Faulty items must be returned for inspection before a replacement is provided
✔ In-store purchase refunds:
✔ Up to AED 75 in cash
✔ Remaining balance will be issued as store credit or gift card
