✅ Used items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is found
✅ Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
✅ Use a trackable courier service RSM Gears Sports is not liable for lost items
✅ The following items are non-returnable:

✅ Undergarments and protective gear, including:
✅Abdominal guards
✅Briefs, trunks, jock straps
✅Boxer shorts, base layers

✅ Cricket Bat Preparation Service
✅Once started, this service cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a manufacturing fault is present

✅Cricket bats are made of natural wood-no guarantee on bat longevity

✅Faulty items must be returned for inspection before a replacement is provided
✅In-store purchase refunds:
✅Up to AED 75 in cash
✅Remaining balance will be issued as store credit or gift card

✅ All valid returns and exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item(s)
